Gender Care Program for Transgender & Non-binary Adults and Youth
We offer patient-centered health care for gender diverse adults and youth as part of our commitment to serving the health care needs of our entire community. We practice the informed consent model, which means we strive to eliminate as many barriers as possible to receiving life-saving gender care. Experienced medical providers in both our Orange and Greenfield clinics provide trauma-informed preventive, primary, and gender-affirming care for the transgender and non-binary community in Franklin County and beyond. Our behavioral health team is experienced in serving members of the gender diverse community, including writing surgery support letters. We also work with local behavioral health and resource groups to coordinate community support for our gender diverse patients. As our Gender Care Program continues to grow, we are proud to strengthen our abilities and resources to support the health of transgender and gender diverse people in our community.
