We Accept Almost All Insurance Plans

The Community Health Center accepts almost all insurance plans. This includes Medicare, Medicaid (also known as Mass Health), Blue Cross, Health New England, Tufts, Fallon and most others insuring patients in Franklin County and the North Quabbin region. We also take nearly all dental insurance plans.

We Provide Services To The Uninsured

We participate with the state's Health Safety Net (formerly the Uncompensated Care Pool). Patients unable to get insurance or are unsure of their eligibility for state or federal programs can be assisted by our patient financial counselors or outreach staff (Community Health Workers). No One Will Be Denied Access To Care If Unable To Pay

The Community Health Center of Franklin County is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay. Discounts are available for all services based on your income and family size.

Federal and State funding allows us to offer services thorough the Massachusetts Health Safety Net and a Sliding Fee Discount Scale. All forms of insurance accepted, including; Mass Health, Medicare, and private insurance. Assistance is available in applying for all these programs at no cost.
