Medical Practice

We are very proud to offer integrated care that focuses on involving the patient in their health care choices. The Community Health Center of Franklin County has two sites where you can receive your medical care, one located in Greenfield and another in Orange. We have built many partnerships and added additional services to our primary and pediatric care such as a Nutrition, Certified Diabetes Education, Sexual and Reproductive Health care and a Community Health Worker Team and Recovery Coach on staff.

• Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) for opioid, alcohol and stimulant use disorders.
